On average we collect
just under 1.5 million returned products each year

Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics is the process of moving customer returned products from stores to recapture their residual value, regain storage space or disposal facilitation. In today’s consumer driven retail industry, increasing numbers of retailers and suppliers include reverse logistics in their strategic planning to reduce cost, minimise waste and maximise space.

We recognise your need to get customer returned products and sales agreed uplifts back from stores cost effectively. We also understand any product quality control issues need to be identified and responded to quickly and that you need confidence in an integrated WEEE Directive compliant disposal process.

Our Reverse Logistics Division is dedicated to making collections from all the major store groups, within the industry standard collection time restrictions (usually 28 days). We work to shorter timescales for dedicated projects such as product recalls.

Each product we collect is given a unique tracking barcode, and data is fed to our rrslink extranet site allowing you to track the product on-line. Our drivers use wireless devices to record all product related data and obtain authorised sign-off. Using GPRS technology our internal systems are constantly updated with data from the field.
