Project Management is the backbone of all of our service offers – our understanding and delivery of client expectations through a range of service features- and a stand alone offer to clients who need to buy in knowledge in the areas of retail development.

Turnkey store development operations, master vendor arrangements and nationwide project delivery all require an integrated focus. Our Project Managers work to PRINCE2 guidelines, combining best practice and experience to manage all aspects of the project process. All projects undertaken include health and safety organisation and where needed, full contractor management.

Our combined pools of retail and project delivery knowledge have allowed us to play both strategic and operational roles in many of our customer’s retail initiatives.
