We recognise the key to our success is the ability to deliver a consistent and high quality service through our nationwide merchandising teams.

Our training processes begin when new starters are given inductions into merchandising principles including planogram compliance, health and safety and in-store protocol. Once on site they complete ‘on the job’ workbooks to ensure they encounter all the key elements of their role. At the end of the process they complete validation through a Q&A format.

Once on board our people can gain many new skills:

• FLT/MEWP training
• SEIRS/CSCS training
• Working at height
• Team Leader development
• In-store systems training

Each of our Project Teams are supported by a dedicated HR Co-ordinator, whose sole focus is our field based people.
