Resource Management
If you have the capacity internally to support your project then something else in your organisation is under staffed.
In the retail market, flexibility is essential and we operate our service to fit this need. Each project we undertake benefits from a Resource Co-ordinator, whose core objective is to ensure we have the right skills needed to deliver the project - including all logistical requirements, such as transport and accommodation - allowing the teams to focus on the project.
To supplement our core skilled teams we utilise staff from retail support companies all over the UK and Ireland and can call upon the resource pools within our parent organisation, the Carlisle Group.
