Many product suppliers and manufacturers battle with ‘lost product’ debit claims; trying to identify debit claims they have been asked to honour, where no returned stock was received. Our ‘Total Collection’ service gets round this challenge!

Our reverse logistics drivers visit stores on a regular basis recording physical product and verifying non-collections. Our information system matches collected items with debit claim numbers, immediately identifying products ‘not collected’. All items are identified by product, scanned against the store's code and a debit number raised, utilising the latest GPRS hand-held technology, eradicating potential error.They are given a unique barcode for tracking purposes, relating to time, date, store code and debit number.

With collections made every 28 days this allows the supplier and retailer to write-off debit claims where product was not collected. This process saves both parties time and money, focusing their relationship on increasing sales.
