Q: On my last new store project, too much of my time was spent managing contractors and suppliers to ensure deliveries and work schedules were synchronised, can you help?
A: We can provide a full turnkey operation, incorporating everything from the initial survey to CAD design, equipment source and supply, through to installation and completion. We take a very ‘hands on’ approach to our site management, allowing you to take a step back and concentrate on core activities rather than managing and scheduling numerous suppliers.
Q: I don’t have ongoing relationships with any equipment manufacturers and am not always confident I get the best price or service.
A: We can source and procure all the equipment you require. We work closely with numerous manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring you get the right equipment at the right price. Our project managers then coordinate the supply of the equipment to meet the build programme.
Q: This project is going to need a variety of different trades including; carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters/decorators, gas fitters and tilers. I need the reassurance they are skilled.
A: We supply fully qualified tradesmen, including Corgi Registered Plumbers/Gas installers and NIEE Registered Electricians, in addition many of our operatives are members of The Guild of Master Craftsmen & also hold City & Guilds Certification. We focus on utilising a nationwide network of reliable tradesmen, whose businesses have been built on quality and trust. In today’s market we understand it is vital all work conforms to the statutory regulations and requirements, especially in public places. We also ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Q: I need to test these displays before we go live
A: Our Training and Development centre in Northampton also doubles up as a ‘test build’ site. Many of our existing customers take advantage of this facility. By working with them at this early stage we provide valuable input into the project. The facility also allows us to present ‘hands-on’ briefings to our project Team Leaders.
Q: I need one central location for all component parts and each store takes different parts, what can you do.
A: At our Northampton depot we have the facility to order pick, pack, and label to create store specific packages. Our processes and procedures ensure all items are double checked before they leave our premises.

Q: I need to display a new bathroom range in all our stores, but each store has allocated different amounts of space, can you help?
A: We appreciate showroom displays must be tailored to allow customers to gain easy access to the display as well as showing off the product to its best potential. We can survey each store, design and plan the display according to the space allocation and then our specialist carpenters and joiners can build each display, ensuring any modifications needed are completed quickly.
