Q: How can we get up to date information on the progress of my project?
A: You can utilise our 24/7 Support Centre. Every time a merchandiser has completed a store they contact the Support Centre, thus providing real-time data via our extranet site, giving key information on time-sensitive projects. Not only can this facility provide written data, it can also offer digital photographs from each store.
Q: We have no warehouse facility, I need a central location to take delivery and collate my POS/Equipment so that it can be distributed to stores nationwide, can you help?
A: At our Northampton depot we have the facility to order pick, sort, pack, and label to create store specific packages. Our processes and procedures ensure all items are double checked before they leave our premises.
Q: Our new store has opened but the store staff are struggling to replenish the shelves as demand is so high, we need support whilst we recruit more staff.
A: We can cover any short-term resource needs with skilled personnel. They can provide the necessary stock replenishment support with minimal client supervision. Just because the store has opened or re-launched it doesn’t mean we have to go!
