Q: My store is due for a mini revamp, but I don’t have the necessary staff available to cover this and maintain our current level of customer service.

We can provide nationwide coverage to ensure the change is implemented within your allocated time frame. Our approach is to use small-dedicated teams, in store they do your project only, ensuring consistency and quality. We will re-profile the shelves; implement the planogram and print and place the appropriate ticketing.

Q: I am not convinced the store footage and equipment data for this project is correct, how can I get this confirmed?

A: We can provide experienced merchandisers to survey each store to present accurate and up to date details of both footages and equipment. This will give you the information to plan and phase your implementation correctly.
