It is a standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. Our project team are trained to PRINCE2 standards because we believe it offers the framework to aid successful project delivery.

PRINCE 2 provides the key elements of our Project Process and we encourage our Project Managers to combine these elements with your internal processes, and their own experiences and knowledge.
