We don’t just restrict technological innovation to the web. Our reverse logistics operation utilises hand held scanners that create individual scanning codes for every item we collect. Wireless technology ensures our central database picks up this information as it is collected, anywhere in the UK. Wi-Fi networks track the product once it returns to our Northampton depot.

Our Support Centre utilises the latest call management software to support our Call Operatives and create meaningful KPI’s.

Our Project Management Team benefit from wireless dial-up facilities, ensuring data can be accessed anywhere 24/7.

Our Field Co-ordinators keep in touch via XDA’s and our Merchandising Team Leaders have access to camera phones enabled to send live data straight to our support centre.
