Acquisition of Kennedy Clayton Limited (KC)

Recruit Retail Services plc are pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Kennedy Clayton Limited.

The KC Shopfitting & Installations brand has been established for over 18 years and is managed by Matthew Clayton. Mathew will remain with the business and work with the Recruit Retail Services management.

The business is based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire and provides a range of retail services including, project design, assembly, manufacturing and installation services, from a purpose built 50k sq ft warehouse.

This acquisition enforces the strategic aims of the business and compliments other core services within Recruit Retail Services plc. The KC brand will become the vehicle for our development into the shopfitting & Installations markets.

Recruit Retail Services remains fully committed to growing its overall service offer through a range of distinctive specialist brands.
