HOW CAN WE HELP?
Our recycling/disposal process has been developed to ensure that where possible our clients can get the most financial gain possible out of their returned goods and that the WEEE waste products generated by the collection process is recycled to within 90% of its original content.
Our aim is to exceed this figure by separating all elements and where possible encourage our clients to repurchase recycled raw materials recovered from their own waste. This will complete the usage life cycle from production, retail, consumer use, collection through to reclamation. If the recycled residue is purchased by the producer at least in part there is no detriment to the environment, in any case all product will be recycled for use in global manufacturing. This process will play a major part in the final destination of all collected items on behalf of our clients.
We are reliant on the collection process and the in-house scanning system being robust and up to date and have had to invest heavily in a bespoke software system that allows our clients to track their goods anywhere at any time. Corrupt, disabled or an inefficient in-house computer system will mean unwelcome time delays in the recycling process, where a constant flow of WEEE waste is required to keep treatment costs to a minimum.
